How do I check remaining data?

FAQ
What is the refund policy?
As eSIMs are digital products delivered instantly, all purchases are generally final. If the eSIM does not work due to a technical fault on our end, we can offer a full refund within 14 days, provided the eSIM has not been used — email us and we will look into it. See our Terms for details.
When does validity start?
Validity starts when you activate the eSIM and connect to a network in the destination country. You can buy ahead of time.
Can I buy more data on the same eSIM?
Yes, in most cases. Buy again with the same email address and the new plan is added to your existing eSIM automatically — no reinstall needed. Otherwise a fresh eSIM arrives in your email instantly.
Can I use multiple eSIMs?
Yes! Most recent phones can store multiple eSIMs. You can switch between them in settings.
