No Service

  • Check if Data Roaming is ON
  • Ensure correct line is selected for Mobile Data
  • Restart your phone
  • Try manually selecting a network operator in settings

Not working abroad

  • Validity starts when you first connect
  • Check if the country is covered in your plan
  • Turn on Data Roaming
  • Try manually selecting a different network

Data draining fast

  • Check background app usage
  • Turn off auto-updates
  • Use Wi-Fi when available
  • Limit streaming quality

How do I check remaining data?

You can check data usage in your phone settings. We will send you an email notification when 80% of data is used.

FAQ

What is the refund policy?

If the eSIM does not work due to technical reasons on our end, we offer a full refund. If the QR code has not been scanned, you can request a refund within 14 days.

When does validity start?

Validity starts when you activate the eSIM and connect to a network in the destination country. You can buy ahead of time.

Can I top up properly?

This depends on the plan. Some plans allow top-ups, others require a new eSIM. We are working on making this clearer.

Can I use multiple eSIMs?

Yes! Most recent phones can store multiple eSIMs. You can switch between them in settings.
