1. Scope and Parties
These terms apply to all purchases of digital eSIM data plans by consumers via the website esimfortravels.com (or "We", "Us").
By purchasing on our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
2. Service Description
We sell exclusively eSIM data plans. The service consists of digital access to data usage on mobile networks in specified countries/regions, according to the product selected during the purchase process.
3. Conditions of Use
The customer is responsible for ensuring:
- their device supports eSIM and is unlocked (if applicable),
- they follow installation instructions,
- they keep delivered data (e.g. QR codes) confidential.
Activation: The plan is considered started when the eSIM has been installed on the phone and activated.
4. Ordering and Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate, taking place right after payment is approved, with data/instructions sent to the provided email address.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address and checking spam folders if email does not arrive.
5. Payment and Pricing
All prices are in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed via secure third-party payment services. We do not store credit card details.
6. Unlimited Plans
Some plans are marketed as "unlimited". The customer agrees that:
- "Unlimited" does not necessarily mean unlimited high-speed data for the entire duration.
- Network operators may apply Fair Usage Policies (FUP) to manage network load.
- If usage exceeds what is considered fair, speed may be throttled temporarily.
- Hotspot/tethering may be restricted on some unlimited plans.
7. Refunds
7.1 Digital Product
As this is a digital product delivered instantly, it cannot generally be "returned" like a physical product. By completing the purchase, you request immediate delivery.
7.2 All Sales Final
All purchases are final. Incorrect selection (e.g., wrong country) generally does not entitle to a refund.
7.3 Exceptional Refunds (14 days)
We may, at our discretion, offer a refund within 14 days if the issue is due to a technical fault on our end, provided the eSIM has not been used.
8. Coverage and Liability
We partner with global providers. We are not responsible for:
- disruptions or coverage issues on third-party networks,
- local restrictions or technical conditions in the destination country.
9. Service and Complaints

10. Privacy
We process necessary personal data to fulfill orders (e.g. email) in accordance with applicable privacy laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms. Updates take effect upon publication on our website.
12. Law and Disputes
Icelandic law applies to these terms. Disputes should be resolved amicably or via the District Court of Reykjavík.
